stuck

yes. stuck. at uni. for a 5hour break. it's driving me craaaaaaaaaazy! zy and curry-sai (yes, that's what curry might give people) are off to blue mountains whilst i'm stuck in lecture notes. meanwhile, past 2 days have been major fun. 2 ukuleles and a guitar make for a whole lot of music! and the beach was awesome. i think i'll get some pictures off zy, char and elsa soon.

anyway. frisbee winter league ended, we came in 5th! ok la. it's nothing to be proud of. but onwards to more frisbee news, i'm in a team for mixed regionals! we'll see how that goes. but in anycase, i'm most excited. it should be totally supercool.

ALSO. today elsa and i cooked japanese curry. it was really good!

so anyway..

so anyway, i'm sitting here drinking a spot of EBT whilst thinking of what to post. a certain person has been hinting that i haven't posted in a while. so i sat here and pondered "what in the WORLD do i have to post"

MYC pics

okay so during the July hols, i went to something called MYC. also known as Mid-Year Conference (so funky right). There, we learned about the importance of the ressurection of Jesus Christ and why it is so essential to our salvation. Also, the place where it was held, was BEAUTIFUL. i know flowers are quite a pansy thing to like, but it was so amazing. like. God created all these. behold, God's creation (in no particular chronological order):

few thoughts.

Tim has been an excellent houseguest for the past few days. for those who don't know, he came last fri and is staying till next monday. much fun has ensued. for photos of what happened, please visit his blog, of which 90% of the photos posted were taken by me!! rahh. anyway. my guitar broke down. some wire came out from inside the guitar. gotta send it for repairs. [sad]. Tim just had a mixed kebab (chicken and beef) and now is sleeping, whilst i type up my post. just a little add on, we saw birds in our backyard this morning! so pretty! ahhh.






























So anyway. i had a short talk with a friend just a while earlier. about the way i treat people. and that friend pointed out that i treat different friends...well...differently. and for some friends, i'm more...touchy feely (like, hugs and whatnot) whereas others i'm more..cool with. and it got me thinking. and so far what i've come up with is that there are different ways to show people that one cares. for example, i'm a physical contact person, thus, the easiest way to show someone cares is a hug. in other cases, it's gentle bantering or a nice "how was your day" thing. and in some cases....tis better to refrain from hugs and all..because..sometimes your emotions bleed out with a touch(:. wah. that sounds quite emo. BUT IT'S NOT. okay. that was my thought of the day. uni starts on monday too):
